Pearl hit upon the idea of making lace curtains when she could not find any pink lace curtains for her bathroom. She decided to dye her own. Soon they became a big hit and are now one of the best sellers at Notting Hill Emporiums of Cool, The Cross, Carden Cunietti and Coco Ribbon as well as through mail order.
