TERMS & CONDITIONS
a) All items at Pearl Lowe are guaranteed genuine and as described.
b) All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Pearl Lowe is entitled to refuse any order placed by you.
c) The order acknowledgement we send you on receipt of your order is a confirmation, and not a guarantee of supply of goods.
d) All details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods or services offered on our web site must be correct.
a) All prices listed are in pounds sterling.
a) Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Pearl Lowe makes every effort to despatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
b) For International purchases there are no restrictions on the export of our goods from the UK, however certain countries will impose import duties and taxes on goods. Any import duties and taxes liable on goods will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the sale price.
c) Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss and all damage shall pass to the Customer.
d)Title in the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full by us.
a) Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your goods.
a) Print specifications are listed as accurately as possible. However there may be minor variations in actual dimensions and specifications.
b) Colours are illustrated as accurately as possible on the Pearl Lowe website. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that there will not be variations between the colours depicted on screen and the actual colour of the products.
6. Warranties and returns
a) Subject to the rights of consumers to return goods for refund under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Pearl Lowe does not hold stock of fabric or garments and all items are made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of an order, we are unable to offer refunds but, we are happy to exchange unworn/unused dresses when returned to Pearl Lowe, in perfect unworn and original condition with the receipt and tags attached within 7 days of receipt.
For hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns on face masks sold from May 1st 2020 onwards.
The product you receive might have small imperfections due to the nature of it being 100% handmade to order. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or would like to change the size, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within 7 business days after shipment has been made.
Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Merchandise returned to Pearl Lowe for exchange must be returned pre-paid. Returns should be made using registered Special Delivery Service. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage certificate and ensure that the goods are adequately covered for compensation. Pearl Lowe are not responsible for any items lost in the post.
Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Please note that Lace Curtain Panels, Sequin Curtains and cushions cannot be exchanged or refunded – please contact us should you have any further queries.
b) The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations. If the Customer does not actually return the goods to Pearl Lowe, the Customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the Customer’s expense from the address to which they were delivered. The customer will also be responsible for the cost of sending a replacement item should the customer ask for an exchange.
c) The Customer is under a duty to retain possession of the goods whilst awaiting return to Pearl Lowe and to take reasonable care of them during this period. The Customer will be liable for any loss of or damage to the goods if he or she fails to comply with this obligation.
